Town Records & Public Access
The Town of Rising Sun aims to provide transparent government and is working to make all pertinent Town records easily obtainable and viewable to the general public. In our efforts to achieve this goal we are gradually coverting our records into electronic format so that they are easily viewable on this website. However, if there are records that you are interested in seeing that are currently not available, we are streamlining our processes in order make them easier to access. If you are interested in viewing any records or getting copies of these records, we simply ask that you visit our Access to Public Records page or simply fill out the Freedom of Information Request Form.
