ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS UNDER CONSIDERATION
Ordinance 2010-01 The Board of Commissioners introduced Town Ordinance 2010-01 at the Town meeting on August 25, 2010. This ordinance will allow the Town to enter into agreements with Developers in order to provide for the financing of adequate public facilies in association with the impact of community services, utilities and infrastructure related to proposed development. The Board of Commissioners will be considering its adoption at the September 14th Town Meeting. (Click here for a copy of the actual Ordinance)
